Vendors and Transfer Visibility - Brex
Officially pinned Brex Payments API capability pack. It reads linked accounts, transfer status, and vendors, and approval-gates vendor create/update only. It never creates incoming or outgoing transfers, sends ACH/wires/checks, deletes vendors, or exposes arbitrary payment endpoints.
