Support

Last updated: 2026-06-27

This page gives users and browser-store reviewers stable contact paths, extension permission disclosures, Limited Use commitments, and account data request instructions for Recued and Recued Bridge.

Recued is operated by RECUED LDA, Macao Special Administrative Region.

1. Browser extension identity

Recued Bridge is a Manifest V3 browser extension. Its single purpose is to act as a thin browser actuator for a user-paired Recued server: it opens the Recued side panel, stores local pairing and queue state, requests per-origin grants when a user-approved recipe needs a page, executes approved browser actions, and shows user-facing notifications.

Recued Bridge is not an advertising product, analytics product, data broker, search extension, or general browsing-history collector.

2. Manifest permission disclosure

The submitted Recued Bridge package currently declares these Chrome permissions:

  • storage stores pairing state, extension settings, local queues, and encrypted token material.
  • alarms runs bridge keepalive, retry, and maintenance work.
  • offscreen supports background browser work that requires an offscreen document.
  • notifications shows user-visible OS notifications for Recued workflows.
  • tabs finds user-relevant tabs and selected pages for approved recipe actions.
  • scripting executes approved recipe actions on a user-granted origin, such as reading a field or filling a form.
  • sidePanel opens and operates the Recued side-panel interface.

The extension declares empty default host_permissions. It declares optional_host_permissions as :///* so the browser can ask for a specific origin only when the user or an approved recipe needs that origin. Recued Bridge does not ship with default <all_urls> host access.

3. Permissions not used

Recued Bridge is designed not to request or use browser permissions such as cookies, webRequest, webRequestBlocking, history, bookmarks, tabCapture, desktopCapture, pageCapture, proxy, vpnProvider, debugger, or literal <all_urls> blanket host access.

The extension does not load remotely hosted code for execution. Store disclosures, this support page, and the Privacy Policy must match the submitted extension package before publication.

4. Limited Use commitment

Recued's use of information received from browser APIs and Google APIs will adhere to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

  • Allowed use. Recued uses user data only to provide or improve user-facing Recued features, such as pairing, recipes, approvals, notifications, diagnostics, and support.
  • Allowed transfer. Recued transfers user data only when needed to provide or improve Recued, comply with law, protect against abuse, complete a user-selected provider action, process payment, or complete a merger/acquisition/sale with required consent where applicable.
  • No advertising use. Recued does not use or transfer extension data for personalized ads, retargeting, interest-based advertising, data brokerage, or credit-worthiness/lending decisions.
  • Human access limits. Recued personnel do not read user content such as emails, CRM records, page contents, files, prompts, or recipe outputs unless the user gives explicit consent for support, access is required for security or abuse investigation, access is required by law, or the data is aggregated/anonymized for internal operations.

5. User controls and data requests

  • You can revoke extension site access through your browser's extension controls.

  • You can clear local browser or extension storage using browser controls.
  • You control self-hosted server data through your server configuration, export, backup, and deletion tools.
