The commercial base is an enrollment default; per-organization connections may use the documented EU or Federal origin. Stable routes send LD-API-Version 20240415, while beta surfaces send beta. Reads are approval-free. Mutations are grant-off and approval-gated; destructive, administrative, and high-impact changes require approval every run.
