Generated from the current hash-pinned official Outreach OpenAPI document and the first-party JSON:API request conventions. Reads are uncached; sensitive administrative reads are marked sensitive-read. Every mutation is grant-off and approval-gated, bulk actions require an explicit filter, JSON:API bodies are structured at body.data, and response integers remain exact strings.
