Enroll a Ramp OAuth connection named ramp with the narrowest business, department, location, user, funds, spend-program, transaction, bill, reimbursement, purchase-order, vendor, and statement scopes needed for the installed workflows. The pack reads company and balance context, people dimensions, funds and spend programs, transactions, bills and draft bills, reimbursements, purchase orders, vendors, and statements. It bundles scheduled spend visibility plus focused review, payables, reimbursement, spend-control, and statement-close briefs. One approval-gated workflow creates a single draft bill after vendor and duplicate-invoice preflight; it defaults accounting sync off and never schedules or releases payment. The pack intentionally excludes bill approval, rejection, payment, payment release, transfers, repayments, transaction mutation, reimbursement submission or approval, purchase-order mutation, vendor and bank-account mutation, cards and card vaults, fund and spend-program mutation, user lifecycle mutation, webhooks, OAuth token exchange, file upload, arbitrary API passthrough, and credential-bearing arguments.
